This is obviously a big one, nobody wants to have to write a long name, note or meeting address to come to realise that the calendar they have doesn’t even consider space. One of the most basic steps, but a mistake that is surprisingly made quite often, let the words be cosy, not cramped. They’ll definitely be grateful if there is plenty of room, especially when compared to the alternative of giving someone a calendar and not leaving enough space for them to write in.
