Can I send my own artwork?
Yes, not a problem. Please check our artwork specification first then email it through to hello@PRINTmonster.co.uk. Pop your order alongside and if we have any issues we will contact you immediately.
What paper sizes can PRINTmonster print?
We can print from standard business card size 85 x 55mm up to A0 and bigger. Generally we print to Standard European A sizes although we can cater for almost all bespoke sizes, contact us for more details. Please feel free to download our paper size visual.
What artwork formats do you except?
We can accept the following file types:
- Photoshop – Minimum of 300dpi, CMYK. Flatten layers
- Illustrator – Convert all to outlines. Include all placed images
- InDesign – Convert all to outlines. Include all placed images
- Corel Draw – Convert text to curves or attach all fonts
- Microsoft office including Microsoft Publisher, Word & PowerPoint – Attach all fonts

Do I need to provide print ready files?
By preference we would love print ready pdf files. However we know this is not always possible. We can handle almost any file type. Please speak to a member of our team for more information.
What do I need to be aware of when setting up my artwork for print?

Does PRINTmonster check my artwork?
Upon receipt of artwork we will process your job, check it is print ready and produce a PDF. If we notice anything which does not match your order or specifications we will flag this up straight away. This will then be sent across for you to approve. Once you have approved this digital proof, responsibility of any errors unnoticed will be with you.
How can I pay?
Once you have placed your order an invoice will be generated and emailed out. You can then either pay by cheque, bank transfer or over the phone via MasterCard, Maestro, Visa or Visa Debit. Once payment is received your job will be processed.
What are your delivery costs?
All prices supplied by PRINTmonster include FREE delivery to any mainland UK address. Delivery outside of the UK is often requested and can be easily provided for. An additional cost will be incurred for delivery outside the UK, price on application.
Can I specify a delivery time?
All print jobs are delivered by courier on a next day service, which means your goods can be delivered anywhere between 8am and 6pm. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Alternative delivery times such as before 9.00am, 10.30am and 12noon can be arranged on request, at an additional cost. Please contact us for more details.
How long does it take from point of ordering to delivery?
We aim to despatch most jobs within 3 days from artwork approval and receipt of payment. However larger jobs may take longer. You will be advised at the point of sign off when you should expect receipt of goods.
The above mentioned working days are exclusive Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Additional finishes such as lamination, foiling and spot UV may have implications of delayed delivery dates.
Please be aware that a large print run can result in delays as the order needs to be sent by a forwarding agency due to the weight of the shipment.
Can you offer a same day service?
Whenever possible we will aim to despatch goods same day. Please do not hesitate to contact us to find out how we may be able to accommodate your requirements. Goods despatched same day will either be sent via next day courier or by Royal Mail depending on weight and requirement. Alternatively please feel free to call in and collect direct from us. Based in South Staffordshire we are in easy reach of the major motorway networks. Please see the contact us page for a map.
Can my goods be despatched anonymously?
Of course – on your request, we will send the printed products with your address as the sender directly to your client without any information linking to PRINTmonster. This service is completely free of charge; just let us know the details at the point of ordering.
What do I do if I am dissatisfied with my print job?
Your satisfaction is important to us! Our guarantee is the best quality at low prices. In the unlikely occurrence of defects with the delivered goods, we want to handle your complaint as easily and quickly as possible.
