Wide Format Scanning

Here at PRINTmonster we use specialised scanning equipment with full high definition (HD) 1200 dpi optical CCD resolution – the highest on the market.

The Colortrac Smart LF Gx +42 can scan any document to electronic file from A8 up to 1050mm (42”) width, in photo quality resolution, up to 2mm thick.

It is ideal for scanning technical or engineering drawings and plans for archive, reproduction or email purposes, such as:

Scanning at up to 12ips (inches per second), allows us to provide a Fast Turn Around same day service at an extremely cost effective price.

Once scanned to electronic file it is possible to print the document at any required size in either full colour or black and white on a wide range of materials. See our Plan, Prints and Copies page for more details.

Our exceptional wide format digital printers and scanners are adept at producing high quality official papers such as documentation for Tendering, pre-qualification questionnaires and technical documents. This can then be Collated and Bound together, producing both digital and hard copy versions.

Due to the 1200 dpi optical CCD resolution it is excellent for scanning artist work for reproduction of Giclée prints. See our Full Colour Posters section for further details on substrate options.
